Ingredients (1 serving)

1 Tbsp chia pudding

1 apple

1 banana

1 sliver of ginger

a sprinkle of cinnamon & cardamom

a dash of vanilla bean or extract

1 cup water

Instructions

1) Soak chia in water for 5 minutes.

2) Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
