We will start with a complimentary consultation to clarify your top health priorities and current challenges. In this twenty-five minute consultation (in person or over zoom) we’ll discuss your current health and options for how I can support you. If I don’t feel like my services are a good fit, I will do my best to offer you some recommendations.

After our initial consultation, if you’d like to continue with private health support, I offer a month-to-month package that includes:
one in-depth consultation
one follow-up appointment
direct message support throughout the month
